It has been a mad week with a couple of silver linings, and we will get into the whole story.

We will cover sovereign wealth funds, gold, gold panic, gold missing, and whether it could hit Bitcoin. We will talk about the biggest hack ever and the rollbacks, and this story also serves as the recap of the week.


We had the worst day of 2025 this week and it was nasty on Friday, being red across the board.

$930 billion was wiped from the U.S.S&P 500 in one day. I have been very worried about macroeconomic concerns, policy uncertainty, and tariffs, as markets hate uncertainty.

The U.S. markets became fearful of other stuff Friday, like softening demand, bad retail numbers, and inflation numbers, but there are a couple of silver linings.


Let us begin with Bitcoin, which continues to be the black hole because despite being a horrible week - Bitcoin's price is up 1.26% since last Saturday. Not bad!
