This lesson is the result of four mind maps, two valuation models, and a whole bunch more as I try to explain the size of this moment.
I have to admit, I was caught off guard. This has come much sooner than expected, which is good and fits into my thesis that AI will be 1,600% better in two to three years (we are seeing this already with FSD).
I have been watching the development of FSD for over five years now and the pace of development is insane. Tesla is so confident in FSD that the company is now unleashing it on prospects and new customers.
At the end of the lesson, I will talk about Tesla's moat and why they are achieving what they are.
We are at a tipping point, everybody, as FSD is no longer a concept. It is very real; I have it and have watched probably one hundred FSD 12.3 videos in the last week or so - perhaps more.
Elon refers to FSD as ‘baby AGI’. The other AI players that people think are incredible are just doing LLMs and not real-world applications that impact life-and-death outcomes.
Remember, you have a vehicle that weighs 3,000 kilograms (~6,000 pounds) hurtling down the road at 140 kilometers an hour (80 miles an hour). It is a lethal weapon! To have the confidence to say this thing can drive itself is gutsy. They would not do it unless it were something very real.
Elon Musk believes Tesla FSD version 12.3 is baby AGI. It is here - literally, which is mind-blowing.
We are going to talk about Robotaxi and its potential impact on Tesla stock. I have worked with Herbert Ong, Cern Basher, Hans, and many others around Tesla valuation models. Now, I have to bring my Robotaxi forecast forward from 2027.
In this lesson, we will see the impact that has on the Tesla stock price.

I am already convinced it is better than probably most teenagers and people in certain situations, such as when they are high, drunk, angry, or texting. It is also better than people in situations where they can't see, hear, or understand spatial awareness with relative speeds, etc.
FSD is saving lives.
Robotaxi is coming soon!
We do not know exactly when Robotaxi will arrive, but for Elon to state what he did yesterday with a date of August 8th is big!
The stuff that I have seen FSD do is mind-blowing!
It navigates life-or-death situations better than most humans because it learns from the best drivers with millions and millions of videos… and that is why it is so good.
Experts believe this statement because of the pace of AI development, and Tesla is no longer compute-constrained. This is why they are unleashing the beast and allowing everybody to jump on it with a free 30-day trial for the USA and Canada, demonstrating how confident they are.
