In this lesson, I will show you all the mind-breaking news that is happening, which reminds me of how all the S-curves are colliding together simultaneously.

I have never been more excited about Tesla in my life and I have analyzed this company daily since 2017!

We tend to focus very hard on the best assets but it is almost bewildering why Tesla's stock price is so low, as the company has so much going on.

Tesla is on the verge of something big!

I have been an FSD beta user for years, which is incredible. You sit in your car and it drives you without the need for you to do anything.

With version 12.4 coming next week, we will have no wheel nag, which means it will be de facto a robot taxi needing no intervention by the driver.

The whole dream of a cyber taxi is here now!

The CyberCab road testing in China is exciting:

  • According to a report by local outlet Qianjiang Evening News, 8 districts in Hangzhou, China, will be available to pilot tests of self-driving vehicles from May 1. Some of these districts have tens of millions of people.

  • The regulation does not specify the exact level of autonomous driving allowed; L4 autonomy has been previously granted.

  • Hangzhou is the first city in China to define the specific process for autonomous vehicles on public roads through local legislation and to enact laws for low-speed unmanned vehicles.

  • In Beijing and Shanghai, autonomous driving is still only allowed in the outer suburbs, while just 5% of central Guangzhou is open for autonomous driving.

  • Tesla is looking to get approval to test Robotaxi in Shanghai but needs clearance from Chinese regulators before it can fully roll out FSD and collect the data required to train the software.

  • This may be why Tesla Executive Tom Zhu is back in China to help oversee this whole FSD pivot alongside making the sub-$25,000 vehicle.

This may be why Elon Musk has suddenly made this very aggressive pivot. Tesla is turning on a dime, alongside a lot of other good things that are happening.

The CyberCab will probably be a reality on 8/8 or extremely close to it!

The CEO was visibly concerned during a recent CNBC interview. He basically said that you should never fade Elon Musk.

The Magnificent 7 continue to outperform the S&P 500!

Six consecutive quarters of outperformance by the Mag 7 versus the S&P 500 have not happened since 2019.

Tesla has not even contributed to this outperformance over this period.

The black line represents the absolute number of changes in European ICE vehicles, and the green line represents battery-electric vehicles. We are beyond the peak ICE demand that occurred in 2019 and the trend is tilted straight down. Meanwhile, battery-electric vehicles are slowly ramping up.

In this chart, the purple line slanted downwards depicts that the natural demand for cars might be coming down.

This trend aligns with my theory of the Valley of Death: either people can no longer afford cars, want to afford cars, or more Ubers and CyberCabs in the marketplace could fuel this trend.

-$38,798 per vehicle delivered is simply not sustainable for Rivian.

The question is, how long will Rivian last?

I firmly believe the
